A set of exercises to improve the condition of an inflamed prostate

Physical activity is important for maintaining health. It is also helpful in the presence of certain diseases, including prostatitis. It has been shown that prostatitis exercise has a positive effect on the condition of men and can reduce their need for medication. And this is not surprising, because even a set of general strengthening exercises (especially with prostatitis) can significantly strengthen the immune system, improve blood circulation and contribute torapid recovery of glandular tissues.

Rolling exercises for prostatitis

What is useful exercise therapy for prostatitis?

With regular exercise with prostatitis, you can achieve noticeable improvements in many metrics. This effect of exercise therapy is due to a specially selected complex that works against obstruction, which with a high degree of probability can provoke inflammatory processes in the organs located in the pelvic floorin men. If it is too late to take measures to prevent pathological changes, there are exercises for the treatment of prostatitis, which include breathing exercises and a complex of well-developed physical exercises on the deep musclesof the pelvis, legs and abdomen. This plan is truly healing, as it works on the symptoms and deals well with the causes of the inflammation.

Through the exercises to cure prostatitis, you can get rid of the following symptoms of the disease:

  • the patient does not worry about urinary retention - an active load on the deep muscles of the pelvis activates blood flow and lymph flow, which leads to a decrease in gland swelling;
  • due to the outflow of free fluids and toxins from the tissues of the gland, relieves pain and discomfort during ejaculation;
  • due to the outflow of nutrients and oxygen to the gland, its activity is normalized, which leads to the restoration of hormonal balance and affects the general well-being of men - irritability disappears, sleep is normalUsually, libido is restored.

In addition, increased lymphatic flow initiates the natural defense of the prostate gland - therapeutic exercises strengthen immunity, promote faster elimination of pathogenic microflora (if any)and reduce the severity of inflammation. In addition, a set of exercises certainly affects the male body in general, as it strengthens the immune system, helps to breathe more deeply and fights blood stagnation.

Principles of exercise

According to the program approved by urologists, gymnastics for prostatitis should fulfill the following tasks:

  • stimulation - the exercise therapy complex enhances blood flow and metabolic processes that cause an increase in phagocytic activity in the prostate area;
  • therapy - exercises that cause the regeneration of damaged tissues through a large amount of nutrients into the glandular area;
  • restorative - the exercise therapy complex leads to the normalization of the functions of the glandular-muscular organ of the male, secretory production and release;
  • protective - through exercises for prostatitis, local immunity is formed, which inhibits the growth and reproduction of pathogenic flora.

To achieve all of these goals, the performance of each prostatitis recovery exercise must be performed according to certain standards. Firstly, gymnastics should not be used to treat prostatitis in the acute phase, which is manifested by acute pain and urinary retention. Secondly, you should immediately stop the healing exercises when you see any discomfort during the performance. Third, prostatitis exercises should be done enough time - at least 30 minutes a day. Fourth, in order for men's disease to improve stably, it is recommended to perform prostatitis exercises every day, not even one day off.

Types of exercises for prostatitis

The following hierarchy can be applied to exercises from prostatitis, formed according to the principle of the degree of complexity of their performance:

  1. Simple - complex for men according to Kegel. The backbone of such complexes is made up of exercises for prostatitis, based on the latent performance (hidden, invisible to others) - tightening the anus and relaxing it.
  2. Moderate difficulty - exercises can be performed in a lying or sitting position (suitable for overweight, physically weak men). Such exercises for prostatitis include "pulling", "cycling", rotating legs, rolling on a gymnastic ball, turning hips.
  3. Difficult - a complex consisting of exercises, the performance of which requires the maintenance of balance, involving many muscle groups in the work. Exercises for prostatitis from this section include leaning in a semi-squat state, exercises "pendulum", "bars", combined with breathing exercises and other exercises.
Treatment exercises for prostatitis

All the listed groups should be included in the daily complex, and only in this case the concept of "treatment" will fully prove itself.

The essence of this is that in order to eliminate inflammation in the prostate, it is necessary to strengthen not only the pelvic floor (its muscle component), but also the back, abdomen and hips. An important point is the normalization of the circulatory system and the heart, which is also achieved through regular exercise for prostatitis.

What exercises should be done daily?

To eliminate inflammation, normalize blood circulation and lymphatic flow, improve prostate function, you should perform the following list of exercises for prostatitis daily:

  • anal contractions according to Kegel - in different positions (sitting, standing, lying) 50-100 times in one approach, 2-3 approaches per day;
  • half squats with knees apart - 5-7 squats per set, at least two sets per day;
  • bring the knees to the chest from a standing position (legs together) with a delay of 5 seconds - at least 6 repetitions, twice daily;
  • From a semi-squat position, slightly leaning forward, stand up, and at this time spread your arms and one leg to the side - 3-5 repetitions for each leg, two sets per day;
  • lift the pelvis from a supine position with the legs closed and hold the breath at the top of the arch of the back for 5 seconds - 5-7 repetitions, 2 times per day;
  • From a prone position, put your hands behind your head, raise your legs together, then spread and hold for one minute, then lower and exhale - 2 repetitions, up to 3 times per day.

In general, this complex is enough to normalize the condition of the prostate gland. It's important to remember that if pain occurs, you need to stop exercising for a few days, then try to repeat them again.
